Well the Shop Hop is over. What a sucess. The bus was on time this year YEAH!!!! We had a little delay once or twice,(We will work on fixing that problem.) All in all the general feeling was all had a good time. Rosie and I would like to thank our bus coordinators Mary Power and Debbie Dacosta, without them the trip would not be half as fun. Sincerely ,Thank you once again job well done!
We have some great classes planned for the remainder of this year. So please check the schedule frequently as we add classes on a regular basis.
If you have a schedule that is just not allowing you to take a class. Please call us we can help with possibly a private class. Perhaps you have 3 or 4 friends that have always wanted to learn a specific design. We can schedule a class just for you and your friends.

The Quilting Bug is proud to host a class with "World renowned, Laura Wasilowski". Laura Wasilowski is a contemporary quilt maker, teacher and creator of hand dyed fabrics and threads. she has an undergraduate degree in Costuming from the college of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN and a Master of Art degree in Fiber from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL. recent exhibits include: Quilt 21: american Art Quilts for the 21st Century, 2000, Illinois Women Arts: The New Millennium, crafts National 33, Yeiser art Center's 9th, 11th and 12th Annual Invitational, Tactile Architerture '98 and '99, Quilt nihon, Hands All Around XIV International Quilt Festival, Artist as Quiltmaker VII and VIII etc, etc, etc!!! She is also a published artist whose work appears in many, many books and publications!! She will be teaching for a class for us, called, Garden of Eden. Check out the classes for time and class descriptions!!.
